MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing work doesn't live in one system. Henswick connects the handoffs.

Connect production, quality, maintenance, inventory and business systems so operational changes move without repeated re-entry.

THE PROBLEM

One quality hold has to reach six systems. Most of them hear about it late.

A quality hold is placed on a work order once. The quality record, the work order, production status, material availability, planning and reporting all have to reflect it — and each is usually updated by a different person, at a different time.

The hold was placed once. Fifty-four minutes later, four of the six systems that depend on it still show the order moving — and nothing in the stack shows that they disagree.

HOW IT WORKS

The hold or release stays with quality. Henswick carries the state everywhere else.

Henswick picks up the event from the system where it happens, checks the context is complete and routes it to the people who own the decision. Once that decision is recorded in your existing process, it updates each dependent system and confirms they agree.

ONE DECISION REACHES quality record work order production status inventory planning reporting

One event. Six stations. Hold and release decisions stay exactly where they already happen — Henswick does not control equipment or lines.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Every manufacturing stack is different. The operational handoffs are familiar.

Henswick doesn't replace your ERP, MES, quality or maintenance systems, and it doesn't control equipment. It sits between them, so a recorded change reaches every system without being re-entered on the way.
