How Henswick handles the information you share when you visit this website or get in touch with us.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Henswick (“Henswick”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website or contact us through it.

It covers this website only. Information we handle on behalf of a client while delivering services is covered by the terms we agree with that client.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • your name and work email address;
  • your description of the workflow or repetitive task;
  • optionally, your company name, the systems or tools involved, and how often the task happens;
  • optionally, one file attachment and a link to an example; and
  • your confirmation that you have read this policy.

Please do not include passwords, access credentials, payment details, or personal information about your own customers or employees in the form. Describe the task in general terms; we can agree on a safe way to share more detail later.

Information collected automatically

Our servers and website platform process basic technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We also use a small number of cookies, described in the Cookies section below.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and understand the workflow you describe;
  • assess whether and how we can help, and follow up with you about a possible project;
  • operate, secure, and maintain the website, including preventing spam and misuse; and
  • meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form information for advertising.

4. Form submissions and uploaded files

Contact form submissions are stored in our website’s database so that we can review and respond to them. Files uploaded through the form (PNG, JPG, PDF, or Word documents, up to 10 MB, one file per submission) are stored on the website’s server behind protected, signed links and are not publicly accessible.

Access to submissions and files is limited to people who need it for legitimate business purposes.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where needed and only with:

  • service providers that host and operate our website and related infrastructure, acting on our instructions;
  • professional advisers, such as legal or accounting advisers, where reasonably necessary;
  • public authorities or other parties where the law requires it; and
  • a successor organization if Henswick is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies and third-party content

This section describes what the website uses today. We will update it if that changes.

Cookies currently set

  • PHPSESSID: a first-party session cookie set by our website platform, which uses PHP sessions to support site functionality.
  • breakdance_view_count, breakdance_session_count, and breakdance_last_session_id: first-party cookies set by our website platform (Breakdance) for its page-view and session-counting features.

These cookies are set by our own website, not by third parties. We do not use them for advertising or to track you across other sites.

Third-party content

Our pages load the fonts Geist and IBM Plex Sans from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not currently embed maps, videos, social media feeds, or other third-party widgets.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies or pixels, so the site does not show a cookie banner. If we add any, we will update this section and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

7. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and uploaded files for as long as needed to respond to you, to follow up on any project, and for reasonable record-keeping, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time (see Your rights and choices).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including protected links for uploaded files, spam and forgery protection on the contact form, and limited access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights over your personal information. These can include the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
  • complain to your local data protection or privacy authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. If applicable law requires additional disclosures for a particular region, we will add them to this page.

10. International transfers

Henswick and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

11. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.

13. Contact us
