Integrations
Your systems stay. The connections between them get built.
Henswick connects enterprise platforms, SaaS tools, databases, spreadsheets, internal systems and custom applications, without replacing any of them.
The Reach Map
One system, more than one way in.
Your platforms stay exactly where they are, as your systems of record. Henswick works out which route suits each one and your workflow: whichever is available, appropriate and reliable in your configuration.
Example · Salesforce
One system, three possible routes: APIs & Webhooks (selected), Custom Interfaces, and Files, Imports & Exports. Henswick selects the appropriate one.
CRM & Sales
Salesforce · HubSpot · Pipedrive · Microsoft Dynamics 365
Finance & ERP
SAP · NetSuite · Xero · QuickBooks Online
Operations & Data
Google Sheets · Airtable · ServiceNow · Jira · Zendesk · Snowflake
Internal & Custom
Internal databases · Custom applications · Legacy systems · Spreadsheets · Vendor portals · Proprietary tools
…and the system that isn’t on this list.
Possible routes to any of them
Ways Henswick connects
Six ways Henswick connects.
A platform can usually be reached more than one way. Which route is right depends on the client, the configuration and the workflow, so nothing here is tied to a single platform.
01
APIs & Webhooks
Where a platform exposes an API or can send webhooks, Henswick reads and writes records and reacts to events as they happen, within the platform’s own permissions and limits.
Illustrative: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira.
02
Structured Data & Databases
Governed access to tables and datasets: SQL and warehouse databases, replicas and query layers, and spreadsheets treated as structured sources.
Illustrative: Snowflake, Airtable, Google Sheets, internal databases.
03
Files, Imports & Exports
Scheduled exports, bulk imports and flat-file drops such as CSV, XML and EDI, including the batch interfaces many finance and ERP systems already provide.
Illustrative: SAP, NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks Online.
04
Forms & Portals
Structured entry points people already use: submission forms, customer and vendor portals, and web front ends that send or receive information.
Illustrative: vendor portals, customer portals, internal request forms.
05
Browser Interaction
Where browser-based access is the practical route, and where appropriate and permitted by the platform, Henswick can work through the same web interface a person would use.
Illustrative: legacy web tools, portals without an API.
06
Custom Interfaces
When the workflow needs a defined interface of its own, a purpose-built adapter, endpoint or lightweight interface can give a legacy or proprietary system a clean way to take part.
Illustrative: legacy systems, proprietary internal tools, custom applications.
Trace a scenario
Three scenarios, traced system by system.
Three illustrative scenarios. Each one shows which systems take part and which connection routes are available, not a fixed recipe.
Illustrative scenario 1
CRM + ERP
A sales opportunity in Salesforce checks current pricing or account data in SAP before the next system receives the result.
Illustrative scenario 2
Vendor portal + internal systems
Information from a vendor portal reaches an internal database and the appropriate operational system through the available connection routes.
Illustrative scenario 3
Customer support + operations
A customer record and support issue move between HubSpot or Salesforce, Zendesk and Jira without requiring the team to re-enter the same information.
Illustrative scenarios only. Routes depend on the client, the configuration and the workflow.
Not a catalogue
If your system isn’t listed, that’s normal.
The names on this page are examples. Henswick starts by working out how your system can be reached, then confirms the route with you before anything is built.
Internal databases, custom applications, spreadsheets, vendor portals and legacy tools are part of ordinary projects, not exceptions.
One possible interface layer
A custom workflow can also include an AI-assisted or conversational interface for intake, qualification, onboarding, follow-up or similar interactions, when appropriate. It is one possible interface layer inside a Henswick system.
